If you take out a new mobile contract at an EE store you can collect up to 15,000 Nectar points.
What’s the deal exactly?
You can collect up to 15,000 points when you take out a new mobile contract at any EE store.
New customers who purchase a 24-month price plan starting from £20 per month will be awarded 15,000 Nectar points.
Existing customers will get 5,000 Nectar points for the same plan.
Why should I care?
One Nectar point is worth 0.5p so if you are a new customer to EE you will get the equivalent of £75 to spend in Nectar points.
For existing EE customers who take out a new deal, the points total works out at £25.
What’s the catch?
The offer ends on the 31 December so you will have to get in quick.
It is not available on a 30-day SIM only or home broadband plan and you must have an active Nectar points account.
Nectar points can only be collected and redeemed at certain retailers such as Sainsbury's, Argos, and eBay. The scheme operates like cashback but restricting the choice of locations where you can cash in your spending dividend.
Of course, this deal is only worth it if you were planning on getting an EE contract anyway. You should also not pick this deal over another cheaper deal from a different provider just for the Nectar points.
What other options do I have?
Nectar is also offering up to 2,600 points if you sign up with BT broadband and mobile as a new customer.
You will also get up to 1,500 Nectar points when you sign up to Three and 3,000 with O2.
It is worth checking cashback sites such as Topcashback and Quidco as they will often offer similar cashback deals on new phone contracts.
