Many HSBC credit card customers have woken this morning and taken to social media to report credit card information missing from their online and in-app banking.
The bank has confirmed to Moneywise that this issue has been affecting its credit card customers - but says it has now been resolved. The bank says it's continuing to monitor the problem.
However, we're awaiting confirmation on how long the system was down, whether it affected credit card payments, how many customers are affected, and whether the issue has spread to users of other HSBC products too. We will update this news story as soon as we get confirmation.
