Great days out

Enjoy a family day out with the children or grandkids for less with this offer from Days Out Guide.

What’s the deal exactly?

Days Out Guide, in association with National Rail, is offering two entry tickets for the price of one at over 150 major attractions in London including KidsZania, The Coca-Cola London Eye, the Tower of London, and ZSL London Zoo.

Venues across the UK are also part of the deal, including Manchester United Museum and Tour Centre, Sea Life Brighton, LEGOLAND Windsor and more.

Simply choose an attraction, download and print your vouchers from the Days Out Guide website, travel by train and present your voucher and train tickets at the venue.

Why should I care?

With some schools still off for the Easter break, this is a good way to get a discount on any planned days out.

Plus, travelling by train is likely to be more relaxing than being stuck in traffic jams on the motorway and you can save on parking costs.

What’s the catch?

Most offers are 2 for 1 entry valid on full price adult tickets only. In the event of a full price and concessionary admission ticket – such as a child’s ticket – being bought together, the cheapest will usually be deducted

All offers apply to ‘on the door’ pricing, unless otherwise stated, which are often more expensive than online tickets bought in advance for each attraction.

You need to check the terms and conditions on the attraction’s website and on your printed voucher carefully as they vary for each attraction.

Oyster cards, Transport for London-issued Travelcards and Freedom Passes can’t be used for these offers.

What are the other options?

Kellogg’s has a similar offer on promotional packs of cereal, which are on sale between January and April this year. Either cut out a voucher from one of its promotional packs to receive one free adult entry for one child or adult ticket purchased or use the unique code printed inside packs and book your tickets online at Merlinfun.com. Codes and vouchers can be used until 30 June 2019.

Days out included in Kellogg’s offer are Chessington World of Adventures Resort, LEGOLAND Windsor, Madame Tussauds London or Blackpool, Shrek’s Adventure! London, Thorpe Park Resort, Warwick Castle, and many more.

Where can I find out more?
