Now in its tenth year, Moneywise is once again asking readers to vote for the financial providers you rate most highly, based on the customer service experience you’ve had, so we can discover which are Britain’s most trusted companies. 

Your votes will be used to decide the winners of the Moneywise Customer Service Awards 2018.

Metro Bank was named the most trusted financial provider at the Moneywise Customer Service Awards 2017, one of four awards the challenger bank took home.  

We all value customer service, but it’s especially important in the world of financial services. Good customer service breeds trust - and we’re more likely to trust the firms that treat us right.

Always fantastic service 24hrs/day. Whoever I speak to is always extremely pleasant, helpful who do exactly what is needed. Cannot fault them in any way. If only more companies could be like this.
