Deal of the week: Fill up your car with £15 of free fuel

15 December 2017

Fill up your car with at least £15 worth of fuel, and you’ll get £15 when you sign up to TopCashback as a new customer.

What’s the deal exactly?

Sign up to cashback website TopCashback and you’ll earn £15 in cashback when you spend £15 or more on fuel at participating petrol stations.

Simply spend at least £15 on any fuel, including both petrol and diesel, then submit a photograph of your receipt to the cashback website, clearly stating the date and time of purchase, the fuel station name, and the amount spent on fuel.

Purchases from the following retailers will then be eligible for the cashback; Asda, BP, the Co-operative, Esso, Gulf, Jet, Morrisons, Murco, Sainsbury’s, Shell, Tesco, Texaco, and Total.

Why should I care?

The high price of fuel is a constant issue for motorists, so the chance to fill up your car for free is worth taking.

What’s the catch?

You must be a new customer to TopCashback to claim the offer. This means if you’ve previously made purchases or earned cashback you won’t be eligible.

You must submit the photo of your receipt by 23:59 on Sunday 17 December. The fuel purchase must have been made between Monday 11 December and Sunday 17 December.

The deal may be withdrawn at any time.

After you’ve submitted your receipt, your cashback may take up to seven days to show in your TopCashback account. Once shown in your account it may take up to 30 days before you can withdraw the cash.

What other options do I have?

Even with the offer it is wise to find out where the cheapest petrol stations are. Use a comparison tool, such as Confused or PetrolPrices to find the cheapest fuel near you.

Where can I find out more?

Full details are available on the TopCashback website.

Have you got the last submission date right?

As usual, there is a catch. I spent about 10 min trying to find out how to submit my receipt as a member and then clicked on another link from your page, only to be told I "wasn't eligible" for this offer. I suspect this is a new member or upgraded account member. So yet again, Topcashback are letting their members down with false hope and promises (it has happened so many times, I have lost count of promised money that I never got)
