Chef patron, John McNulty, will cook an exquisite menu exploring the best of Scotland’s seasonal produce, including ingredients from the hotel’s kitchen garden, home-smoked fish and meat, and locally foraged delicacies.
Every item on the à la carte menu at Etive restaurant with rooms is prepared in its kitchen, where the chef overseas the curing of meat and fish, butchery, chocolate and sugar work, and the preparation of stocks, sauces, and pastry. Sourdough bread and ice creams are
