Obviously data allowance vary in amount and cost from network to network. Giffgaff.com (which I mentioned in my blog) offers unlimited data. Of the more traditional providers I believe the Three network offers unlimited data on its "one plan" for £30 per month.

I've always found Marks and Spencer's in-store currency exchanges very good. Their exchange rates are the most competitive, and they charge no fee. They also buy back unused foreign currency without fees.
