Instead of a complaint, let me cite a GOOD customer service experience for a change:
I purchased a 15" LCD TV from Argos in January 2008. It stopped working in March 2010, so I took it back to Argos and after explaining to them the relevant parts of the "Sale of Goods" act, they explained that they no longer stocked that make and model and offered me a partial refund, which they stated was equivalent to the lowest price at which they had sold the set that since the time that I purchased it.
Full marks to Argos !!
