Customer Service Awards prize draw winners

In just a few weeks we'll be revealing the winners of the third annual Moneywise Customer Service Awards.

Over 12,000 of you voted, telling us which financial providers were the most trustworthy and delivered the best service and which ones left a lot to be desired.

All entrants were entered into a prize draw with the chance of winning the star prize of £1,000 or one of five £50 high street vouchers.

This year's lucky winner of the £1,000 cash prize is Sara Garland.

She said: "We all want to feel that our custom is valued and that companies actually care about individual service they provide. This is particularly important when you have a problem or something goes wrong. How a company deals with you in such a situation is pivotal and will cement your view of an establishment."

The £50 high street vouchers went to David Poulter, Aileen Edwards, Stephanie Armstrong, Mary Spencer-Williams and Helen Smith.
