This is why we introduced the Moneywise Customer Services Awards.

The awards - which are now in their second year - have become one of the most comprehensive studies of trust and customer service within financial services, and Moneywise would like to thank all of you who took the time to complete our questionnaire and tell us what you think of the companies you deal with.
