Fuel prices are (finally!) coming down after nearly a year of steady increases and yet, all of a sudden, energy companies decide now is the right time to hit us with price hikes 'because of the rising cost of oil'! Greedy or just not very forward-thinking?

Why also when so many of our energy firms are foreign owned are they hitting the UK with prices higher than in their own countries?
