At the risk of annoying prospective purchashers I am afraid I cannot see house prices falling, as owners will demand the highest price that they can achieve. We have been told that the market will definitely be on a downward turn, but that has yet to happen and the house price index keeps on rising. It is purely wishful thinking by would be purchasers. Despite the difficulties that we have endured, along with the rest of the world, the so called green shoots are appearing.

I reckon they will fluctuate over the year or two but remain on average pretty flat.
