It is that time of the year again when consumers from across the UK have their say about the financial companies they support. Who do you trust to provide you with the service and respect we all wish for?

Now in its fourth year our survey is the biggest of its kind in the UK. It is designed to help you find the companies that provide the best customer service and great value for money. It also exposes those companies that take short cuts - the companies you should steer clear of. It is also designed to better understand how you the consumer make your financial decisions in order to provide you with better guidance in 2012.
