property scam graystones development

I invested in a landbanking property firm graystones development in July 2007 and did not receive any paperwork - title deeds transfer document at all. Then in march I received an email from Mr Alan BAtty from graydev. requesting me to re sign another contract as the previous one was invalid being over 3 months without the transaction being finalised. I refused to re sign anotyher contract and requested my cash refunded.  However graystones have refused to refund my investment and cut off all contact with me.  Are there any people out there with a similar experience?  i would like to hear from them
