I invested in a landbanking property firm graystones development in July 2007 and did not receive any paperwork - title deeds transfer document at all. Then in march I received an email from Mr Alan BAtty from graydev. requesting me to re sign another contract as the previous one was invalid being over 3 months without the transaction being finalised.
