Moneywise Customer Service Awards 2017 – Prize Draw Conditions
1. Prize Draw
This prize draw is operated by Moneywise whose registered office is Standon House, 21 Mansell Street, London E18AA. Telephone 0845 88 00 267.
2. The Prize
Subject to compliance with the following terms and conditions the winning participants will be entitled to receive either £1,000 in cash or one of 5 Amazon shopping vouchers worth £100 each.
3. Terms of Entry
The promotion is open to all except for employees of Interactive Investor PLC or Coredata and members of their immediate family.
For the purpose of this promotion, respondents must be:
- Residents of the United Kingdom; and
- Aged 18 or over at the time of entering the promotion
Each respondent will be eligible to be entered into each draw once.
4. Survey dates
The prize draw relates to the Moneywise Customer Service Awards 2016, which commenced on 19th December 2016 and is scheduled to close on 31st March 2017.
5. The Draws – Notification of winners
The winners will be chosen at random by an employee of Interactive Investor Plc and notified by email to the email address provided in the survey.
The draws will be made within a month of the close date of the survey.
The name and home town of the winners may be used for publicity purposes and will be available to anyone who makes a request in writing and sends a stamped addressed envelope to Moneywise, 21 Mansell Street, London E1 8AA.
The winners will be notified by email which must be acknowledged within 30 days of receipt.
If acknowledgement is not received within 30 days of receipt a re-draw will take place to choose a new winner / winners.
The prize will be sent to the winner’s registered address within 28 days of receipt of acknowledgement
6. Governing laws
The promotion and the terms will be governed by English law and any dispute arising will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
