Duncan Owen15/07/2004Duncan joined Insight Investment in October 2003 as managing director of the Property Division. Prior to joining Insight, Duncan was a founding partner of the specialist boutique, Gatehouse Investment Management, most recently helping establish and acting as the property investment manager to the Westbury Property Fund. Before this he was a director / investment manager LaSalle Investment Management, managing a number of significant UK pension funds and building pan-European portfolios for major European investors. Duncan holds a BA in Urban Land Economics from Sheffield University and a Diploma in Business Administration from Insead Business School. He is a qualified chartered surveyor.
Nick Montgomery15/07/2004Nick Montgomery joined SPrIM in January 2012 from Invista Real Estate Investment Management Limited where he was Head of UK Commercial Funds and was responsible for managing the Company's portfolio. Previously Nick worked at Gatehouse Investment Management, managing the Westbury Property Fund and identifying and acquiring property assets with third party equity and debt. He started his investment management career in 1999 at LaSalle Investment Management managing institutional pension fund property portfolios. Nick holds a BSc (Hons) in Estate Surveying from Nottingham Trent University. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an FSA approved person.
