?This is a useful risk-adjusted measure of actively managed fund performance. Mark Farrington02/01/2015Mark is located in London and is head of the Macro Currency Group. In addition to managing the Group, he serves as the lead portfolio manager. Mark has over 25 years of experience in the global financial industry with a career that started in Japan, Singapore and Sydney before moving to London. He joined Bankers Trust in 1992 as a hedge fund manager for the investment bank, before moving in 1997 to BT's asset management division (BT Funds Management) to take up his current position (BT was acquired by PGI in 2000). Prior to joining BT, Mark worked for Baring Securities Japan and S&P MMS International Japan as an interest rate strategist and central bank policy specialist. He received a bachelor's degree in International Business and Finance from Oregon State University and an MSc in International Strategy and Diplomacy from London School of Economics.
Ivan Petej02/01/2015Serving as co-portfolio manager on multi-strategy funds, Ivan is also responsible for portfolio construction ensuring that fundamental views are represented optimally from both a risk-adjusted return perspective and to achieve portfolio consistency across all client mandates. Previously, he was a Quantitative Analyst and Portfolio Manager at ABN Amro Asset Management. He received a Ph.D. in Quantum Physics from the University of Oxford, a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge as well as the FINRA Series 3 examination.
