Prior to joining the firm in 2001, Mr. Baine was the Director of Business Development at Corrigo Incorporated and an analyst/trader at RREEF. He is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT). Mr. Baine earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University.
Bernhard Krieg09/04/2006Mr. Krieg has 18 years of experience and is a Portfolio Manager on the real estate investment team. He oversees and contributes to the portfolio construction process, including execution of buy/sell decisions. Prior to joining the firm in 2006, Mr. Krieg was a Senior Vice President at Haven Funds and a Vice President at Security Capital. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. Mr. Krieg earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University and his undergraduate equivalent in Business Administration and Civil Engineering from the Technical University in Dresden, Germany.
