Santander bank

I am 85 registered disabled and made a mistake and changed my accounts to Santander I wish I never had, It is the worst bank in the UK, I open a 2 year fixed bond and had difficulties in finding interest on my rewards account so I wrote and asked why, a simple question. It has taken over 30 letters, including, Recorded and special delivery letters at £5.00 or more for each of these,  after 16 months I finally got an explanation. I made a mistake on my self assessment I always get my revenue form completed early in case I forget to do it, so my self assesment is very wrong, I do not appear to have solved it yet no reply from HMR, Santander said they do not do tax assessment, never sent me a Certificate of Tax Paid as other Banks do, did not repay all I have spent on postage, phone calls, and time writing letters. Due to my fixed Bond I have to give thought to changing Banks.  It has caused me a lot of stress over  16 months to get a simple question answered.
