"STEER WELL CLEAR OF TRIBUNAL ONLINE I PAID THEM 247 POUNDS FOR A SERVICE,AND HAVB GOT NOTHING FROM THEM.THEY MAKE LOTS OF PROMISES BEFORE YOU BUY THEN GIVE YOU NOTHING"

This is the same scenario as me I paid this Online company £300 for what I thought was a full service to represent me in Court, but all I have had is email after email of nothing and have been phoning this company everyday for the last week, but not once have they returned my call.
I feel they need investigating, they are praying on vulnerable people

I phoned them after needing help in taking my employer who was also my ex partner to tribunal. I was told it was either £1400 up front or 30% of winnings. I was also told the avergae payout for tribunal was £8k etc etc. When its come to it Ive only had emails, I have a week before the court case and have never been p0ut in touch with my soliditor who is supposed to be representing me. They are now telling me to settle out of court as I could lose and end up paying costs! I was never explained all this before, they simply said they win the cases and have a good track record. I paid the £1400 up front and am not even going to get that back from my employer as settlement. They definitely DO need investigating and I will do it...Watchdog here I come!

I paid them over £1,000 - they promised the earth said I should get £30k , then a week before the Tribunal advised me to settle for £750.

A complete rip off scam.

I agree need to be investigated

I HATE THE TRIBUNAL ONLINE, THEY CHARGED ME TO WROTE A MEASLEY LETTER THAT A 3 YEAR OLD COULD HAVE PUT TOGETHER, I AM FUMING! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, AS SOON AS THEY HAVE IT THEY DONT WANT TO KNOW.

I am another that has been scammed the usual way in, as people are desperate, in these situations, and need help support, and get ripped off by the thieves, thats all we need, now i have to look elsewhere for support.

The problem here is that there is no effective regulatory standards that apply to those who like to call themselves 'employment law consutlants' ,unlike with solicitors. I know from my own experience that many of these so called consultants have no basis on which they claim to have expertise in this field and are often people who have never been successful in gaining employment inn the 'proper' legal profession. Proper advice and service can only be guaranteed by dealing with professionals who come by recommendation based on their reputation.

I paid Tribunal Online £600 to negotiate on my behalf.

After I paid them I cam across this and I started to panic. I felt sick and when I couldn't get hold of my consultant and then was told she had left the company I couldn't believe my stupidity. However, I was assigned a new consultant within a week and she negotiated a settlement for me of £18,000.

I am not calling other's here a liar but I am very grateful for their help as I was about to withdraw my case because I could not cope with the solicitor letter's demanding everything from me.

Dont go by above comments, it is definitely from one of them.
Beware guys, it is a big scam. we are the latest victims. pay them money and forget it. They should be called Tribunal Con line as they con people online. They need to be reported to police and cyber crime.

hello everyone I have just finished having a lenghty discussion with tribunial on line. an employment adviser dealing with my case for 1 year has just informed of alternative options 3 weeks before going to court. i am crazy.all negative fibes.
please i need help and direction.are they afraid of my employer.

Guest (not verified):

Feel sorry for you. I wonder why no body is complaining against them, otherwise they will prey on others.

Guest (not verified):

Guys, they have no authority to approach employers. All they will do is to write a polite letter.
It is like, they threaten the employer, " Pay the money or otherwise ?
otherwise we will do nothing"
All those affectyed, please report them to Police, they can be easily trapped.
