Hi
I copied the template letters and was advised by the natwest that it is being looked into but the alliance and leicester rang and said " you took the loan with us but it is actually with some one else. i advised them to put this in writing as i had wrote to them they should show the same courtesy to me. nothing came, 6 weeks later i wrote again and the same thing happened.......

from what i understand it is worth perservering with this issue, the banks are getting tougher about giving money back to people, whether its banks charges or ppi or other things. Money bags - have you contacted the financial ombudsman? If the bank has rejected your claim but you really think you were missold then get in touch with it, tell them what happened and they will help. it may take a while but will be worth it in the end
when are banks going to be held to account for all this? hear stories about people losing their homes or going bank rupt because of ppi, the government needs to take action and ban them from selling useless insurance to innocent people.

i sent letters to them all about the ppi they will give any money back
none of them any help
