I'm with eSure and inspite of never having claimed on my personal car insurance, my car getting less valuable each year and getting 1% more NCD each year they have raised the premium a little each year, such that if they do this again this year I'll be leaving for a cheaper deal.

One year I tried to negotiate with them when a rival had quoted £10 or £15 cheaper but theur line was that they don't negotiate! Has anyone esle out these tried negotiating a better deal with e-sure and if so what was the response?
