The Winners

Following a survey of more than 10,000 consumers, Moneywise is pleased to announce the winners of its Customer Services Awards 2010.

Split into two categories - most trusted and best customer service - the research is the most comprehensive of its kind. The survey asked people to grade the service they receive from a range of financial services providers; from banks and credit card companies, to insurance firms and mortgage providers.

The winner of the highest accolade - the most trusted provider overall - was First Direct, which won an additional eight awards, including most trusted credit card provider and best customer service for mortgages.
