The Moneywise Customer Service Awards 2010 are nearly upon us and we're close to discovering the most trusted financial services companies for 2010.

The awards are the result of a survey of more than 10,000 readers, making it the most comprehensive study of its kind. It asked people what they think of the customer service of the financial services providers they deal with from banks and credit card companies to insurance firms and mortgage companies.

The results have helped us identify both the most trusted providers and those offering the very highest level of service and will be used to assess customer service as an indicator for performance in the sector.

The awards will be presented at the Brewery Chiswell Street, in the heart of the City of London. The final results will be published in the August issue of Moneywise.
