Performance & Ratings
?Money Observer Rated Funds are comprised mainly of actively managed funds and investment trusts that have consistently outperformed a relevant peer group over the medium term.
Minimum FE Crown Rating
?FE Crown ratings are awarded to funds that out-perform their sectors on a variety of measures such as volatility and consistency. The higher the crown rating, the better rated the fund – 5 crowns means a fund is in the top 10%.
% Return & Term
?Specify a timeframe and a minimum % performance you want your funds to have achieved.
Quartile Ranking & Term
?If you have 40 funds, the best ten will be known as the first quartile. 2nd quartile means either 1st or 2nd quartile performance i.e. the top 50% of funds. Specify a term and minimum quartile ranking you want your funds to have achieved.
Minimum Yield
?Specify the minimum income you want your fund to have returned, expressed as a % of the investment.
