|Other Incentives||Everyday Offers - cashback offers available at participating retailers when the customer shops with their credit card (credit card customers must also hold a current account with the Bank) when the customer registers for Everyday Offers. Available to customers 18 and over, that are registered for online banking and hold a debit card and a credit card. Retailer offers and cashback amounts vary. Cashback will be paid to the customer's current account.
It's on Us - as part of Everyday Offers, any customer registered for Everyday Offers will be entered into a monthly competition to have a debit or credit card transaction refunded up to the value of £500. Transactions will be selected at random and repaid to the current account at the end of the following month.
|Internet fraud protection||Shopping online safely: Every time the cardholder uses their card for online purchases with participating companies, they'll be asked to confirm the purchase by entering their unique password on a secure and completely confidential pop-up screen.
Online Fraud Guarantee: If a customer of Bank of Scotland's online service is a victim of online fraud, BOS guarantee that they won't lose any money from their account, and will always be reimbursed in full.
IdentityCare: For £6.95 a month, IdentityCare will help protect against fraudulent use of the cardholder's name and personal details. If the cardholder becomes a victim of identity theft, they will be provided with legal expenses cover with a dedicated solicitor to restore their identity. IdentityCare provides:

' Up to £25,000 towards legal expenses
